circa 1840 and possibly a Bank of England Guard musket with erased marks, with round iron 39in. barrel (some shallow pitting externally), London proofs, hooked breech, borderline engraved lock of military style signed 'LACY & CO' with 'LONDON' to the tail, walnut full-stock, the heel-plate spur marked 'REG 22' (possibly added), three barrel keys, iron stirrup swivels, ramrod and Hanoverian bayonet catch
